Established in 2016, Fairley Constructions is a boutique building company specialising in thoughtful renovations and extensions across Sydney's North Shore.

For director and head builder Lex Fairley, building is a lifelong passion. With more than 20 years in the industry, Lex has always been drawn to the challenge of renovating existing homes: uncovering their potential, solving complex building challenges, and creating spaces that feel as though they've always belonged.

He believes the best renovations don't remove a home's history, they build on it. Whether it's opening up living spaces for a growing family, adapting a much-loved home for a new stage of life, or modernising the way a home functions, every project begins with understanding how people want to live in their home now and into the future.

Fairley Constructions remains intentionally boutique. Lex personally oversees every project from first consultation through to final handover, working alongside a trusted team of skilled trades who share the same commitment to quality craftsmanship, professionalism and attention to detail. The result is a building experience built on clear communication, genuine relationships and work completed to the highest standard.
